Prediction Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") regulate participation in the interactive game called "Palpites Disney+" (hereinafter, the "Palpiteiro" or the "Game"), organized by The Walt Disney Company Brasil Ltda., with addresses at Avenida Nações Unidas, 12.551, 12.555 and 12.559, city and state of São Paulo, Brazil. CNPJ: 73.042.962/0001-87 (hereinafter, "Disney" or the "Organizer"). Palpiteiro is a non-profit digital entertainment experience for participants, which allows anyone who has an active Disney+ subscription to make predictions about the results of the 2026 World Cup matches (hereinafter, the "Tournament"). By accessing, registering or participating in any way in Palpiteiro, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy of The Walt Disney Company applicable in their territory. If you do not accept the Terms in their entirety, the user must refrain from participating.

Palpiteiro is organized by The Walt Disney Company Brasil Ltda., with addresses at Avenida Nações Unidas, 12.551, 12.555 and 12.559, city and state of São Paulo, Brazil. CNPJ: 73.042.962/0001-87. Palpiteiro is not organized or sponsored by FIFA or any of its affiliated entities.

The Palpiteiro will be available from June 5, 2026 until July 31, 2026, inclusive (hereinafter, the "Effective Period"). The Tournament comprises the following reference dates:

●​ Group stage: from June 11th to June 27th, 2026

●​ Knockout: from June 28, 2026

●​ Round of 16: from July 4, 2026

●​ Quarter-finals: from July 9, 2026

●​ Semi-finals: from July 14, 2026

●​ Third-place match: July 18, 2026

●​ Grand Final: July 19, 2026

The Organizer reserves the right to extend or reduce the Validity Period for operational, technical or force majeure reasons, without the need for prior notice.

Palpiteiro is available exclusively for the territory of Brazil.

To participate in Palpiteiro, the user must meet the following requirements:

●​ Hold an active Disney+ account with an active subscription to any of the available plans (including Standard and Premium plans) in Brazil.

●​ Be 18 years or older at the time of participation.

●​ Have access to the internet and a compatible device (computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone) with an up-to-date web browser.

●​ Not be a direct employee, contractor, supplier or immediate family member (up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity) of The Walt Disney Company Brasil Ltda. or its affiliates, unless accessed through the version dedicated to employees.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements throughout the Term. Canceling, expiring or suspending your Disney+ subscription during the Validity Period will not entitle you to any claim regarding your participation history, accumulated points or unlocked achievements.

Palpiteiro is an entertainment and gamification experience that allows participants to make predictions about the results of Tournament matches. The Game does not involve betting, skill competitions with cash prizes, or any other element that qualifies it as a game of chance or betting activity under current Brazilian legislation.

Palpiteiro will have the following features:

●​ Group stage predictions: the user can make predictions about the outcome of each group stage match, indicating the exact score and the "Man of the Match".

●​ Key predictions: the user can make predictions about the teams' progress through the different rounds of the Tournament, including the knockout phases.

●​ Private leagues: the user can create or join private competition groups ("mini leagues") to compete with friends, family or other users. Each league can have up to 2,000 participants. Each user can create up to 10 private leagues and join an unlimited number of leagues.

●​ General ranking: the system displays a ranking by country of the participants with the highest number of accumulated points, visible to everyone in the corresponding territory.

●​ Trophies and achievements (badges): Participants can unlock digital badges (trophies) in the Palpiteiro when reaching certain participation milestones, such as a series of correct consecutive guesses. These trophies are purely decorative and have no economic value nor are they redeemable.

Predictions must be made before the official start of each match, according to the official World Cup 2026 calendar. After the start of the match, no new predictions or modifications to the match will be accepted. The system will use the official start time of the match as a reference.

IMPORTANT: This Palpiteiro does NOT offer prizes of any kind, whether in cash, in kind, vouchers, trips, tickets or any other material benefit. Participation in Palpiteiro is free and does not imply any purchase obligation or additional payment beyond the active Disney+ subscription.

The only benefits arising from participating in Palpiteiro are intangible and internal to the platform:

●​ Digital trophies and achievements (badges) in Palpiteiro, with no economic value.

●​ Position in the general ranking by country.

●​ Taking advantage of the entertainment and fandom experience associated with the Tournament.

●​ Access to the special badge linked to the Disney+ Benefits ecosystem (perks).

The Palpiteiro, including its design, source code, graphics, texts, logos and any other element, is the exclusive property of The Walt Disney Company and/or its affiliates, and is protected by the intellectual property laws applicable in each territory.

References to the 2026 World Cup and the use of FIFA assets are made based on the corresponding licensing and approval agreements between The Walt Disney Company and FIFA. FIFA logos and brands are the exclusive property of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association.

ESPN logos and marks are the property of ESPN, LLC. or its affiliates and are used based on corresponding internal agreements.

The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights over Palpiteiro or its contents by participating. The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any element of Palpiteiro without prior written authorization from the Organizer is expressly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer will not be responsible for:

●​ Technical failures, interruptions, errors, omissions, delays or any defect in network communications, hardware or software that prevent or hinder participation in Palpiteiro.

●​ Unauthorized access to the platform or alteration of participant data by third parties.

●​ Loss of participation data or prediction history due to technical causes beyond the Organizer’s control.

●​ Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to or use of Palpiteiro.

●​ The accuracy of official Tournament match results, which are provided by sources outside of Disney.

The Organizer does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of Palpiteiro and may carry out maintenance tasks, updates or modifications without prior notice, seeking to minimize the impact on participants.

Participation in Predictor implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms, as well as the decisions that the Organizer adopts on any issue not provided for in them. These Terms will be published at: palpites.disneyplus.com
